We are a small business specialising in handmade, environmentally friendly soaps and candles. As a company, we strive to deliver quality products, at affordable prices, and with the best customer service around!
Marmony started between friends in a small kitchen in regional NSW, and has evolved to cover local markets and now this online store. We are so proud to have come this far and we are excited for the road ahead.

We care
The environment is really important to us at Marmony, and as such all of Marmony's products are palm oil free and packaged with the least amount of plastic possible. We have also set a goal to reuse as many plastic and glass packaging items we can. So we are asking you guys, our customers, to help us out here and save your Marmony jars, lids, clam shells and tins, and send them back to us. In return, we offer a 10% discount on your next order once you have returned your packaging. It is that simple! Marnie
Marnie is our devoted and much loved mastermind behind Marmony. Mother of four, and Secondary Teacher, Marnie's passion for succulent soaps, lavish candles and everything handmade keeps her as busy as a bee!
Grace
Grace manages the digital side of our business and hand-makes all of our macrame goods. Dog and plant mum, Grace loves helping her mum create a store full of beautiful products and experiences.

Returns Policy
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
'goods' includes any product created by Marmony
2. General
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase of goods through the website.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you use the website after those amendments have been posted.
3. Contract and price
3.1 All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated.
3.2 Discounted prices are only available during set periods of time (when special deals are occurring).
3.3 Description of goods and prices may be subject to change or correction at any time. If we discover an error (e.g. goods are displayed for the wrong price), we will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order and obtain a refund if desired. You may be required to provide your credit card details to us for the purpose of issuing a credit to your credit card account in the amount of any cancelled order.
3.4 By submitting an order via the website you warrant that:
you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract with Marmony,
you are authorised and able to make payment via the method you have chosen,
the payment information you have provided is correct, and
your purchase is not made for the purpose of commercial resale.
3.5 A contract for purchase is only formed once we have accepted an order by issuing a receipt number.
4. Payment method
4.1 Payment can be made through PayPal or direct deposit (after contact with Marmony management). Payment is due at time of order.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery of goods will usually take place 5 to 10 working days after acceptance of an order. However sometimes goods can be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to circumstances outside Marmony's control. Marmony is not liable for any loss or damages arising from delays in delivery or failure to deliver the goods to you (although you may request a refund if you do not receive goods properly ordered: see section 6 below).
5.2 We do not ship goods to addresses outside Australia.
6. Refund/cancellation policy
6.1 Should you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact Marmony within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange, as appropriate and depending on availability, a goods exchange, credit or refund. We may require return to us of the goods with proof of purchase before actioning an exchange, credit or refund request. Any refund will be made using your original payment method or another method at our discretion.

Marmony uses Australia Post for its delivery service. Shipping prices are as follows:​
